Accessible green spaces provide opportunities for recreation, exercise, and informal play, supporting physical and mental wellbeing. They also create welcoming areas where people can meet and interact, helping to foster community cohesion and a sense of place. Integrating well-designed open space into new development ensures that growth is balanced with high-quality living environments, promotes walkable neighbourhoods, and provides lasting value for the wider community.
If our plans are approved, we will make financial contributions to Tunbridge Wells Borough Council to support and improve local infrastructure, including education, healthcare facilities, and public transport.

The construction phase of the development will create employment opportunities and generate associated economic benefits, primarily through the workforce required to deliver the new homes and through the wider supply chain, including the provision of materials and services. The development will lead to increased expenditure within the local economy, both directly through construction activity and indirectly through the spending power of those employed on the project.
In the longer term, the development will support the economic health and well-being of the local area by providing high-quality housing that helps sustain the growth of existing businesses and attracts new investment and businesses to the area.
